Cancelled Midlands Agri Show Re-Scheduled For This Weekend

The agriculture show fell victim to bad rain over the weekend.

A midlands argiculture show which was cancelled due to bad weather, will now take place this weekend.

The Ossory Show was scheduled to take place yesterday, but was cancelled on health and safety grounds due to excessive rain over the weekend.

The re-scheduled event kicks off this Sunday at 11am at the Ossory showgrounds in Rathdowney.

Organisers say while the decision to post-pone was made with a heavy heart, with the interest of patrons, competitors and traders, it was the right move.
