Gardaí in Laois have seized a car after a motorist without tax, insurance, or an NCT was seen texting on their phone.
The driver failed to notice the Laois Roads Policing patrol on the M7 on Friday.
The vehicle was stopped, and found to have no insurance, tax or NCT and was seized.
The driver has been issued with a fixed charge notice and court proceedings have been started.
