Cardinals To Begin Selecting New Pope Next Week

135 cardinals from across the world will meet.

Catholic Cardinals will begin selecting a new pope next Wednesday - May the 7th. 

The closed-door meeting will begin in the Sistine Chapel and will involve 135 cardinals from across the world. 

Cardinals over the age of 80 are not allowed to vote and must leave the private meeting.
