The event is titled, 'Out of the Blue Career Horizons Expo'.
An event designed for emergency services and military personnel to help them with the next steps in their career is coming to Westmeath.
'Out of the Blue Career Horizons Expo' comes to the Radisson Blu Hotel in Athlone this Friday.
It was founded by former Garda Stephen Moore after leaving the force and based on his own experiences transitioning into a life and career outside the service.
