Martha Nolan-O'Slatarra body was found on a boat in Montauk on Monday.
Police in the US say the autopsy of a Carlow woman in New York did not show any evidence of violence.
While the final cause of Martha Nolan-O'Slatarra's death is yet to be determined, Suffolk County Police say they believe she did not die violently.
