The consolations will aim to improve the childcare system
The Minister for Children is inviting people across the Midlands to participate in local consultations on Early Learning and Care and School-Age Childcare.
The consultations scheduled across the month of April will give parents opportunities to share what works and what needs to change, set priorities for future investment and improvement and help to provide an affordable, accessible, high-quality childcare system.
In Westmeath, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Athlone will host an event on Tuesday, 28th April from 6.30-8.30pm, with the Bloomfield House Hotel in Mullingar taking the stage on Thursday, 30th April at the same time.
Offaly's Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore will be the host for the county's event on 28th April from 7-9pm, while the Midland Park Hotel in Portlaoise will be the destination in Laois on Thursday, 23rd April from 7-9pm.
