Clonbullogue Gaelic's Mothers & Others group is representing Ireland in the New York Festival this week.
The team jetted off Tuesday morning, following months of local support.
The club is one of the longest-running in the country, founded in 2010 with 12 original members still playing.
The 21-strong panel, is made up of volunteers and community leaders.
