The tender process for the 50,000 square foot facility at the Marlinstown IDA Park in Mullingar was subject to a judicial review earlier this year.
However, Enterprise Minister and Longford Westmeath TD Peter Burke has confirmed that has now concluded, and a new procurement process is being progressed 'at pace.'
Planning permission for the facility was secured in November, 2022, and it's expected to create as many as 200 jobs upon completion.
