Cost Of Buying A Home In The Midlands Rises Again

Lastest CSO figures to October show an increase of 3.6%

Property prices throughout the country have experienced their slowest rate of growth since May 2013.

The latest figures from the Central Statistics Office show residential property prices rose by 0.9 per cent in the year to October.

The cost of buying a home in the Midlands has increased by 3.6 per cent in that time. 

Dublin remains the most expensive county to buy a home, where people are paying an average of €437,000 euro.
