An Independent Offaly councillor is criticising a €10,000 re-branding project for the county.
The local authority is paying a Dublin based design company for a new logo as well as a slogan, as part of a new digital, inward investment strategy for Offaly.
But Councillor Ken Smollen believes the money could be better spent addressing roads and housing issues.
