Two people were hospitalised after the incident in Portlaoise last month.
Gardaí, Laois County Council, and Laois Traveller Action Group are meeting over the cemetery brawl that took place in the county last month.
Garda public order units were deployed to the scene of the annual "blessing of the graves" at St Peter and Paul's Cemetery on the Stradbally Road in Portlaoise.
Footage of the incident went viral, with a man still in hospital over the incident and four arrests made.
A date has not yet been set for the meeting, with local councillor Caroline Dwane Stanley saying a resolution is needed.
