Covid-19 Victim Wanted Her Story Shared To Save Others

The Laois woman passed away earlier this month.

A Laois woman who passed away from COVID-19 asked for her story to be shared in the hope it would save others. 

Alice Kennedy, who was living in the UK, lost her battle with the disease on April 1st. 

The 83-year-old worked an ambassador for older people through her work as chairperson of the Elderly Advice Network in London.

Her colleague Nora Mulready says the UK Government didn't respond as quickly as Ireland:
