Gardaí are investigating the criminal damage of a midlands gravestone.
The incident occurred at a cemetery in Birr between 5.30pm and 9.30pm on Sunday, the 20th of August.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, particularly those with camera or dashcam footage, to come forward.
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Birr Garda Station.
Investigations are ongoing.
