Creative Ireland's intiative will see workshops and events take place across Laois, Offaly and Westmeath in partnership with the local authorities.
In Athlone, Music Generation Ireland will hold their Garageland Galaxyz concert in the Dean Crowe Theatre, and a spoken word poetry evening will take place in Mullingar's YoYo Cafe.
Dreamcatcher Making workshops will take place in Daingean and Edenderry Libraries, with a Brick-flix motion animation in Abbeyleix Library and an art event on the River Barrow.
