Daniel Kinahan Could Be Brought Back To Ireland

Its understood Daniel Kinahan has lost his final appeal against his extradition from Dubai.

Daniel Kinahan could be brought back to Ireland from Dubai.

The Dubliner, who's the alleged leader of the Kinahan cartel had been fighting an extradition order, and is expected to be held in the maximum security Portlaoise Prison if he returns.    

Its understood Daniel Kinahan has lost his final appeal against his extradition from Dubai.

It comes three months after his arrest by authorities in Dubai, following a request from gardai.

The crime boss has been living openly there for years but an extradition order was made possible after Ireland and the United Arab Emirates signed a bilateral agreement in 2024.

He's wanted here for charges relating to gangland criminality.
