Deportation Case Of Two Midlands Students Moved To High Court

They had been issued a deportation order for September 2nd.

The deportation case of a midlands couple has been moved to the High Court.

Athlone IT students David and Fortunate Nesengani were due to be deported on September 2nd.

They've been living in Ireland for four years, but were refused refugee status.

The college's Students' Union has been appealing to the Minister of Justice to revoke the order, and SU President Áine Daly says they now have an update on their case:
