Dillon Quirke Foundation Urges Parents To Avail Of Cardiac Screening

The foundation has reached over 20,000 cardiac screenings.

The founder of the Dillon Quirke foundation is encouraging parents to get their children screen tested.

The Foundation has now reached over 20,000 cardiac screenings since it was founded, with the aim of reaching 30,000 by the end of the year.

Dan Quirke's son Dillon died in 2022 from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome while playing a hurling match for his club Clonoulty-Rossmore at Semple Stadium in Thurles.
