A recovered drug addict from the midlands is reminding people life can always get better if you put in the work and aren't afraid to ask for help.
Tullamore's Ian Sullivan, tried cocaine for the first time at 18, which would eventually turn into a habit, costing €200 daily.
He completed a 28 day program and has been in a continuum of care program ever since.
Mr. Sullivan says activities like going to the gym and spending time with his children help:
