The information was released to Aontú.
A midlands TD is accusing the Environment Minister of using 1.5 million euro in Just Transition funding to support 'climate finance activities of the United Nations.'
Aontú leader and Meath West TD Peadar Toibín says Eamon Ryan also took a 500 thousand euro underspend from the communities retrofit scheme to fund the "reduce your use" campaign.
He claims the money was taken in December of last year.
Deputy Toibín says it's clear the Green Party do not believe in Just Transition, and serious questions need to be answered.
