He was arrested and imprisoned this week.
Enoch Burke will be returning to court via video link today.
The Irish Independent is reporting the High Court has granted the order to allow the schoolteacher attend remotely for a judgement relating to a number of breaches of court orders.
Mr Justice Brian Cregan may also produce an order to seize cars that were used to drive him on to the grounds of Wilson's Hospital School.
It comes after Mr Burke was arrested and imprisoned this week for his repeated contempt of an order to stay away from the Westmeath school.
He has already spent over 500 days behind bars over three previous spells in jail.
