He was released Yesterday.
Enoch Burke could face another prison committal if he trespasses on his former school grounds again.
The school teacher was released by Judge Brian Cregan yesterday, six months after breaching a court order from Westmeath's Wilson Hospital School to stay away
It's his fifth stint in prison, with a permanent injunction order in place for them to keep him from entering the vicinity.
Eimer McAuley from the Journal.ie says the board of management voiced its concerns during his release:
He is describing the High Court's support of a Disciplinary Appeals Panel which ruled on his dismissal from a Westmeath school as a "farce" and a "sham".
He was originally suspended and then dismissed from the school after confronting its then principal over an request to refer to a student by their chosen pronouns.
Mr Burke believes the chair of the panel was inappropriately appointed because of her connection to the Church of Ireland on the basis that the school is of the same Church.
Upon his release, he and his brother Isaac say Judge Brian Cregan is wrong:
