Enoch Burke could be heading back to jail over his alleged continued trespassing on the grounds of a Westmeath school.
The Irish Examiner is reporting Wilson's Hospital School in Multyfarnham is launching a new High Court application for his committal to prison over his contempt of a court order to stay away from the premises.
The school told the court it has done all in its power to resolve the situation before resorting to the justice system.
Those measures include contacting gardaí and employing security personnel.
Mr Burke was dismissed from the school in 2022 over his conduct towards its then Principal after a dispute over a request from a student regarding their pronouns.
