Last Friday he was removed from Mr Justice Brian O'Moore's courtroom.
Enoch Burke was thrown out of court again today after showing up unannounced for the second time.
The former school teacher is due before another court this afternoon in relation to his appeal against an order refraining him from attending at Wilson's Hospital School.
Last Friday, Gardai had to physically remove Enoch Burke from Mr Justice Brian O'Moore's courtroom after he showed up "unannounced" seeking to make an application in relation to factual inaccuracies contained in sworn statements made and relied on previously by Wilson’s Hospital School in Westmeath.
Mr Justice O’Moore refused to hear his application out of turn last week.
And this morning, Mr Burke again tried to make an application before him, and again he was removed from the courtroom by gardaÍ.
He left the Four Courts shortly afterwards with his parents and sister, Ammi.
He'll soon be back though because his legal challenge against the injunction refraining him from attending at the school is due to be mentioned before the Court of Appeal today ahead of a full hearing later this week.
