It comes as the IFA are campaigning against reforms to have CAP ringfenced.
New data from the Irish Farmers Association shows Common Agriculture Policy payments from the EU are worth nearly €180 million to the Midlands annually.
The IFA is campaigning against proposed CAP reforms that would see it changed into a super-fund along with other sectors, meaning agriculture will no longer have a ringfenced budget.
The previous agreement saw one traunche of financial support going directly to farmers, with another separate fund going into rural development.
The second pillar of funding totalled €75 million in Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford last year.
