Bryonny Sainsbury, from Briskil, Newtownforbes, Longford, passed away on August 31st, 2021.
The family of a hairdresser who died after being pushed against a wall by a horse are still seeking answers from Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar, two years after her death.
Bryonny Sainsbury, from Briskil, Newtownforbes, Longford, passed away on August 31st, 2021.
She was brought to the Westmeath hospital on August 26th, and transferred to Beamount Hospital on the 29th after her health deteriorated, where she later died.
Her family are questioning why she wasn't transferred sooner.
