A family-run farm in Laois is set to host the inaugural Farming for Nature festival which starts today.
Farmers, food producers and researchers from across the country will descend on Ballykilcavan Farm and Brewery for two days of practical learning and discussion.
The sold-out programme also includes guided walks in Ballyfin's Camcloon Dairy Farm and Clondarrig Farm near Portlaoise
