Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil have produced a joint policy framework, and are looking for a smaller party to come onboard to join them in a coalition government.
But Laois-Offaly Fianna Fáil TD Barry Cowen says he wouldn't entertain the prospect of going into government with Sinn Féin, if approached by constituency colleague Brian Stanley.
