Fianna Fáil Warns Ireland Must Stay Competitive Amid Minimum Wage Increase

The minimum wage will rise to €14.15.

Fianna Fail's spokesperson on retail says Ireland must remain commercially competitive when it comes to minimum wage.

The National Competitiveness and Productivity Council is claiming key indicators like infrastructure and technology shows the Irish economy is preforming strongly.

The latest budget confirmed minimum wage is set to go up to €14.15 an hour for workers over the age of 20 from New Years Day.
