The festival takes place in Emo.
One of the biggest festivals in the midlands gets underway today.
Forest Fest returns to Emo in Laois, with Echo and The Bunnymen set to headlining this evening, James the main act tomorrow night and Madness taking centre stage this Sunday.
There will also be a Fleadh stage, Greenhouse Stage and the addition of a brand new arena called Kickin' Up Dust added to the festival.
The festival is also teaming up with ERP Ireland for its ‘Drop Beats, Not Vapes’ campaign, encouraging festivalgoers to dispose of vapes responsibly during the summer months.
