Frustrations are being voiced over the length of time its taking to deliver a new school building in an Offaly town.
A cost comparison for a new building for Ard Scoil Chiarain Naofa is currently being carried out by the Department of Education.
The report will assess the financial implications of developing the building on the existing Frederick Street site, or on the grounds of the former parochial house "Drayton Villa".
It's believed the project could take anything up to four years to complete.
