He died after a single vehicle crash on Sunday.
The motorcyclist, who died in a crash in Offaly at the weekend, will be laid to rest later this week.
Ciaran Kelly from Banagher passed away following a single-vehicle collision shortly before 7pm on Sunday, at Mullaghatour in Belmont.
His funeral mass will take place in St. Rynagh’s Church, Banagher on Thursday at 11am.
He is survived by his father Patrick, sisters Rhona and Eimear, his brother Daragh.
