Gardaí are appealing for help in locating two missing midlands teenagers.
13 year-old Jack Byrne has been missing from Athlone since Christmas Day.
He is described as being approximately 5’5 in height with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.
Jack was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket and a dark grey tracksuit, and is known to frequent the Tallaght, Cherry Orchard and Dublin 1 area.
Elsewhere, 17-year-old Stephen Cawley has been missing from Mountmellick since last Tuesday, the 27th of December.
He is described as being 5’ 11” in height, of a slim build, with dark brown hair and blue eyes.
Stephen was last seen wearing blue jeans, grey runners, a green zip up hoodie and blue jacket.
Anyone with any information on Jack or Stephen's whereabouts are being asked to contact Mountjoy Garda Station, Portlaoise Garda Station, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
