A man in his 60s has been hospitalised after an incident in Longford over the weekend.
Investigations continue after a man was discovered with serious injuries in the Midlands over the weekend.
The man in his 60s remains in a critical condition at the Midlands Regional Hospital in Mullingar following the incident in Drumlish in Longford on Saturday night.
He hadn't been seen since Wednesday night with his last known movements in the Currabawn area.
