The incident occurred early yesterday morning.
Gardaí are investigating the burglary of a midlands business.
A sum of cash and a number of goods were stolen from the retail premises in the incident, which occurred on Thursday morning at around 1.30am.
No arrests have been made as of yet, and Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the burglary.
