One of those involved in the crash was taken to hospital for treatment.
Gardaí are investigating a serious crash in Westmeath.
The two-vehicle collision, involving a tractor and a van, occurred on Saturday afternoon at around 2.30pm in the Cullenmore area of Mullingar.
The driver of the tractor, a man in his 50s, was taken to Regional Hospital Tullamore for treatment of injuries after the incident.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, particularly those with camera or dashcam footage, to contact investigating officers.
