The incident took place in Mullingar last week.
Gardaí in Westmeath are investigating a burglary.
A number of belongings were stolen from a home in the College Vale area of Mullingar on Friday afternoon at around 4.40pm.
Gardaí say no injuries were reported in the course of the incident.
They're appealing for witnesses, particularly those with camera or dashcam footage, to come forward.
Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Mullingar Garda Station.
