An E-Scooter user in Westmeath is set to be issued a ticket by Gardaí.
It's after they were spotted travelling on a footpath and weaving in-and-out of traffic on Dominick Street in Mullingar yesterday.
The user denied being on the scooter when they were first questioned by officers.
Gardaí are also set to issue fixed charge notices to two motorists in the town, who were stopped at a checkpoint after being seen driving in the wrong direction on the one-way system on O'Growney Drive.
