The Independent TD says the State has failed to follow through on it promises.
The Government is being accused of misleading the public over promises to establish a vaccine-damage compensation fund.
A unit to compensate parents of children whose health has been severley damaged due to adverse reactions to State-promoted vaccination programmes was promised three years ago.
Among the objectives of the fund is to prevent costly litigation and stress-filled actions in the Courts for affected families.
