That's what midlands Senator Michéal Carrigy is saying before members of the broadcaster's board appear before Mr. Carrigy and the Oireachtas Media Committee this afternoon.
The now former Director General of RTÉ will not be appearing before the committee today, or the Public Accounts Committee tomorrow.
She's citing ill-health as the reason.
