Head Of HSE Bernard Gloster To Step Down Next March

Mr.Gloster has said it's to give time to prepare for the next phase of leadership.

The head of the Health Service will step down in March.

Bernard Gloster will retire, having served almost 38 years in the public health service, including three in his current role.

Mr. Gloster says he wants to allow time to prepare for the next phase of leadership.

He's also expressed his "deep appreciation" for all of the HSE's staff.
