Health Minister Admits To RTB Oversight

Stephen Donnelly failed to renew tenancy registration in 2019.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly's admitted a tenancy registration was not renewed with the Residential Tenancy Board in 2019, due to an oversight.

In a statement, he says the RTB indicated it should be backdated online and this was done last week.

Minister Donnelly says the property had a long-standing tenancy, which had been registered and renewed with the RTB on a number of occasions.

Jennifer Bray, the political correspondent with The Irish Times, says the rental property is in Sandyford in Dublin.
