Health Officials Contacting Anyone On Recent Flight From Italy

It comes as a Westmeath student tested negative to coronavirus yesterday.

Health officials are to contact anyone who was on a recent flight from Italy to Dublin and who may have been exposed to coronavirus.

It's after the first case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Northern Ireland last night. 

Passengers who were sitting within two rows of the individual are considered to be most at risk. 

It's believed the patient was a women travelling with a child. 

It's after a student in Castlepollard Community College in Westmeath also tested negative to the virus yesterday.

The HSE's Dr. Kevin Kelleher says there is a real concern that people who have symptoms won't contact health officials:
