Hundreds of job losses could be looming for staff at an Offaly medical manufacturing plant.
Cardinal Health, based in the Sragh Business Park in Tullamore, is calling all staff to a meeting today.
SIPTU says the union has been invited to a shop stewards' meeting in advance of the company's meeting with staff.
Cardinal Health employs around 350 staff at the Offaly facility, which has been in operation for close to 40 years.
