The Representative Association Of Commissioned Officers held their annual conference this week.
The Department of Defence and military management must address concerns over the dropout rate among Naval Service officer cadets.
That's according to RACO General Secretary, Lieutenant Colonel Conor King.
It comes after a conference held earlier this week heard that 50% of officer cadets have exited the Naval Service before finishing their training over the past five years.
The latest class produced just two commissioned officers.
