The new Higher Education Minister says he'll be sitting down with TUS Athlone soon to discuss the challenges it's facing, including student accommodation.
Technological Universities are being invited to submit proposals for housing for those in third-level education, as part of a scheme announced earlier this year.
As of the end of March, there were nearly 150 digs available for those studying in TUS Athlone.
