HIQA found Bethany House located in Tyrrellspass was found compliant or substantially compliant in all regulation areas it was inspected on.
However, some deficiencies were identified in relation to the premises and medicines management.
The report found residents received a high standard of service from a responsive staff team, who provided safe, appropriate and person-centred care and support.
Risk management, staffing, governance management and notification of incidents were all found to be fully compliant.
