Hospitality Company Suing The State Over Covid-19 Closures

The group owns a Westmeath resort.

A hospitality company, that owns a Westmeath hotel, is taking legal action against the state over covid-19 restrictions.

Press Up Limited claims it's losing €20 million in business this year due to restrictions on pub and restaurant opening.

The Glasson Golf and Country Club is among the group's 55 premises. 

The proceedings were filed with the High Court on Wednesday.
