The housing prices rose the highest in Laois.
Midlands house prices have gone up significantly in the last number of weeks.
Since March, the cost of a semi-detached house in Laois is up 3.2%, it's 1.4% in Westmeath and 1.2% on Offaly.
The average cost across the three counties is now €328,000.
Nationally, there's been a 5.8% annual rise - slowing gradually from the 8.7% increase at the end of 2025.
