''Delivering Homes, Building Communities" plan was announced this morning.

The chair of the Oireachtas Housing Committee says it will aim to hold the Housing Minister accountable over Government's latest action plan.

''Delivering Homes, Building Communities" sets a target of delivering 300,000 homes by 2030 including 92,000 starter homes.

The formation of a Derelict Property Tax is included in today's published plans, alongside a €12.2 billion investment for water treatments.
