Housing Demand Up 17%

Offaly has seen one of the largest increases in demand.

Housing demand is up 17% on average in the midlands, compared to this time last year.

New figures from Daft.ie show demand in Offaly has seen one of the largest increases in the country, at 26%.

That's followed by a 9% jump in Laois.

Nationally, housing demand has risen by 17%, compared to last May.
